History of the Artifact
This is an original Italian coin minted between 1908 and 1921, a year before Mussolini was made Prime minister of Italy. During this period of time, Italy was a parliamentary constitutional Monarchy, with the king being Emanuelle III, who was the King of Italy between 1900 and 1946.
This beautiful coin is Nickel, with the reverse side featuring a head admiring a wheat ear, and the obverse featuring victory in flight.
